Automate your Shopify mailing
You already know that the Zoho Campaigns app is the best on the market to manage email marketing campaigns, but perhaps you didn't know that it can be integrated with Shopify e-commers. This integration will allow you to select your products to use in your email campaigns or your newsletter emails, you will also be able to import contacts from your Shopify account and track the subscribers who have purchased the products that you have included in the emails sent.
Integration with Zoho Campaigns
1- From the configuration in Zoho Campaigns go to the “Integrations"
2- Select Shopify and click on To connect.
3- Enter the URL of your Shopify account and click Authorize to proceed to your website.
4- Enter your Shopify access credentials and log in.
Create an email campaign with Shopify
Once you have connected Shopify with Zoho Campaigns, you can easily add your products to your email campaigns.
To create a campaign with products:
- In the side menu of Zoho Campaigns select the option “Bells"and then "Advanced Campaigns”.
- Click on «Create Advanced Campaign»
- Go to the available categories and click on Shopify then click Create new.
4. Fill in the information on the basic information page:
· Name
sender details
· Affair
5. Click next.
6. Select one of the following options for the products in your campaign:
· All the products.
· Smart selection.
· Customized selection.
7. Select the products you want to add to your campaign.
8. Select one of the available designs in the templates to send the invitation to the selected mailing list.
9. Select subject for the header and footer of the email. (editable in Menu «settings»> «Personalization» > «Header and Footer».)
10. Select the mailing list or segment that will receive the email and click proceed.
11. The campaign will be sent for review, once approved you can send it to the selected list.
Shopify reports
Once your campaign has been sent, you can track the results in the option “Reports” or directly in the side menu in “reports”, you will be able to see the status of the sent emails: opened, clicked, not opened, bounced, etc. Additionally you can see an E-commerce section in which you can track:
· Total sales resulting from email campaigns.
· Number of orders that have come from the mailing campaign, viewed by email address.
· Total sold for each product.
· List of details by subscriber/customer, including order number, order date, quantity, price.
Shopify tracking code
You will be able to see all the tracking details once the tracking code is embedded in your Shopify account.
To access the code:
- Ir a Configuration select Integrations.
- Click on See details on the Shopify icon.
- Select and copy the tracking code.
To embed the code:
- Sign in to your Shopify account.
- Click settings on the left panel, select Checkout.
- Go to the Order Processing section.
- Paste the tracking code in the "Additional Content and Scripts" box
- Click on Save changes to confirm.
