Organization administrators can now enable or disable sound notifications in meetings, registration notification emails for webinar hosts, registration confirmation emails for webinar registrants, and Thank you emails sent to attendees after webinars.

New users can now add members to their organization right after signing up with the new home screen settings.

Conference Server Enhancement

We have made some improvements to improve the audio lag issue for participants joining from low bandwidth networks. We've also made important changes to improve audio and video transmission during sessions, for more stable calls from networks with different speeds.

Other Zoho Meeting enhancements

We have improved the user experience for attendees participating in meetings and webinars through mobile apps.
Now you can view or download your meeting and webinar recordings from all mobile devices and browsers, eliminating the need to switch devices or browsers.
Now you can view recordings immediately after your meetings and webinars, without waiting for them to be ready.
The Webinar Attendee Report now gives you more details including surveys, Q&As, attendees, and lost applicants.
Presenters and participants facing webcam and microphone device errors when joining sessions are shown the appropriate messages to help them identify and resolve issues.
We have moved to the last security milestone. The privacy policy link has also been added on the webinar registration page.
Fixed the issue of displaying webcam video even after disabling organization video settings. Webcam is now shared based on organization video settings.
All automated meeting and webinar emails will now have your organization's name as the sender name.
The issue of missing survey responses and questions and answers raised by attendees who joined with duplicate links is now fixed. You can now view your data in webinar reports.
