Qualifications to applicants for a position

The arduous task of keeping clean and from a bird's eye view a good summary of the data of the employees and candidates for the HR Departments is increasingly easier and bearable thanks to Zoho Recruit. Ratings and Reviews in Zoho Recruit helps you with the Rating and Reviews, an integrated view to the Candidates Module in Zoho Recruit through which you can qualify a candidate, their skills or qualities and quickly compare them with other candidates based on their qualifications. Assessments are done through test-type questionnairest. By default, some questionnaires divided into evaluation are created by default:

  • General, Evaluation in the pre-selection phase,
  • behavioral screening evaluation, and
  • background evaluations;

However, you can also create your own questionnaires and/or edit existing ones to adjust them to your needs or those of your HR Department.

You must go to the record of the candidate you want to evaluate, go to the left panel in the option of qualifications and reviews, click and the button «send review» on the left side, select the type and template, the related offer, it is filled and sent.

Create a template

If you want to create a new questionnaire template, you can do it in the evaluations module, clicking on “add”, you must select what the form is for, either to: evaluate recruiters or candidates; type of test to be carried out (general, background, skills, etc.); define the name of the evaluation and the title of the competencies to be measured, once you develop the questions, save and that's it. In addition to evaluating the candidates, you will also be able to evaluate recruiters (associating the questionnaires to the respective job vacancies related to the recruiter); Also through this function you can send questionnaires to candidates when they are in the pre-selection phase in a job vacancy.

Email evaluations to candidates

You will be able to send evaluations to the candidates by email, for this you must go to the Candidate Module, select the candidates to whom you want to send the evaluation and proceed to click  Send mail , you must select the job offer ( the offer must have an associated evaluation) to which they are related (you will even be able to associate current mail candidates with the selected job offer), click “send” and voila! Candidates will receive an email with the evaluation.
