Tools to improve remote work with Zoho
With the pandemic situation, many businesses have chosen to implement remote or distance work in their days. But before starting with this practice there are many aspects to take into account and we can improve by specialized tools for remote work of our staff, the Zoho suite has tools with which we can improve the quality of our remote work.
In this post I am going to show you 3 different tools to manage and improve the way we do remote work.
Among so many tools that the Zoho suite offers us, there are 3 in particular that we can use to expand our work capabilities remote to organize online meetings, assist our clients, these are Zoho Help, Zoho Meetings y Zoho Lens.
Zoho Assist for teleworking
This is a remote desktop software that is based on a cloud model, Assist allows you to manage remote assistance at the request of its clients. These remote assistance sessions are based on online meetings and allow you to set up access to and manage computers and mobile devices.
Among other options, Zoho Assist helps us with tasks such as:
- Remotely access PC anywhere.
- Connect to clients' remote desktops and troubleshoot issues directly from the client's computer.
- Allows file transfer to send patches or updates.
Zoho Meeting for remote work
Meeting is a software 100% designed for work and remote assistance, allows you to organize immediate meetings or plan them in advance. It allows you to send invitations and manage response requests to know the attendance of meeting participants as soon as possible.
It allows you to join calls from mobile devices, share screen and files, record the session and chat with remote meeting participants. Zoho Meeting also allows you to have moderator controls, being able to lock meetings, change presenters, mute and manage participants.
Apart from all this, it allows you to have an administration of your organization, managing a shared brand and managing internal users.
This application allows integration with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects and Calendar among others.
Zoho Lens for work at home
Zoho Lens is a system of reality-based interactive remote assistance increased.
This Zoho software allows us to review problems and fix them remotely as if it were face-to-face assistance due to its augmented reality capability.
Lens allows us to create annotations on 3D objects and thus add more information to the stream dedicated to support.
Lens is easier to understand with an example:
The customer has a common problem with an electronic device, for example a loose part that is easy to change and is not critical to the use of the device. In a common situation, the technician would show up where the device is and fix the error, with Zoho Lens, the technician would have a remote 3D vision in order to assist the client, being able to observe the error in more detail and know exactly how to deal with it and communicate it to the client.
